Steadman Brown are the exclusive partner to an International Salesforce Partner, causing waves in the EMEA eco-system.
As they continue to scale their EMEA operations, they are keen to hire a Salesforce Alliances and Partnerships Manager to own, develop, and nurture their relationship with Salesforce.
Working alongside their Sales Director, you will lead the partnerships across Salesforce, ISV vendors, and AI partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce relationship in EMEA, working with the Sales Director to build account plans, GTM strategy, and mapping of AE, SE, RVP, AVP, and Partner Managers.
- Continually network and foster B2B relationships with UK-based Sales teams and Sales leaders.
- Drive and source influenced pipeline across the EMEA region.
- Map and build the AI vendor partnerships plan.
- Spot, Develop, Own, and strategically share customer success stories, highlighting the value of the partner.

Experience and Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in an Alliances, Partnerships, or Channel role, within the Technology and/or Consulting space.
- A track record of sourcing and developing influenced pipeline.
- Strong commercial acumen, and ability to spot a relationship opportunity.
- Fantastic interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter / Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work with grey and develop outcomes.
