Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform across Europe.
The role will initially focus on project delivery, including requirement discovery, solution design collaboration, and implementation support. After the initial rollout phase, the BA will continue supporting platform optimization, user adoption, and process improvement for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related systems.
The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and global CRM teams to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather and document business requirements from sales, operations, and regional stakeholders.
- Translate business processes into Salesforce functional specifications and user stories.
- Create documentation including:
- Process flows
- Functional specifications
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
Salesforce Project Implementation
- Support the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud including:
- Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
- Channel / partner management processes
- Approval workflows and pricing processes
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution validation.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standard functionality (OOTB).

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
- Coordinate with regional teams across Europe and global CRM stakeholders.
Testing & Deployment Support
- Define and manage UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Support testing cycles and coordinate feedback with developers.
- Ensure proper documentation for new features and enhancements.
Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce processes.
- Assist with backlog prioritization and future roadmap planning.
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience working with:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Approval workflows
- Reports and dashboards
Business Analysis Experience

- 3–5+ years experience as Salesforce BA or Functional Consultant
- Experience translating business processes into system requirements.
- Experience writing functional specifications and user stories.
Communication & Language
- Fluent English (Required)
- Chinese / Mandarin (Nice to have)
Tools & Methodologies
- Experience with:
- Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Process modeling tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multi-region Salesforce environments
- Experience supporting CRM rollouts or system migrations
- Understanding of channel sales / partner management processes
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations or data migration

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in cross-regional and multicultural teams
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities
Engagement Model
- Initial focus on Salesforce implementation projects
- Transition to long-term Salesforce platform support and optimization
- Close collaboration with global Salesforce team and regional stakeholders
