We're looking for a Salesforce & Data Administrator to take ownership of our customer data operations and help ensure that one of the business's most valuable assets, our data, remains accurate, actionable and continuously improving.

You'll oversee data acquisition, data quality, GDPR processes, reporting, integrations and workflow optimisation, ensuring that colleagues across marketing, sales, events and customer success can rely on accurate, accessible and actionable information.
While support will be available from external Salesforce consultants when required, you will be Burlington Media's primary point of contact for Salesforce administration and data operations.
This role would suit someone with experience in CRM administration, data operations, marketing operations or sales operations who enjoys combining technical, analytical and process-focused work.

- Carry out ongoing data cleansing, deduplication and quality assurance activities
- Develop and document best-practice data management processes
- Monitor and improve key data quality metrics

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
