Salesforce Application Support Analyst
London Bridge (2 days office-based, 3 days remote working)
Up to £50,500, depending on experience

Do you enjoy solving problems, improving systems and helping teams work better? We’re looking for a Salesforce Application Support Analyst to join Hyde’s technology team and play a key role in keeping our business systems reliable, effective and easy to use. This is a great opportunity for someone who can combine technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset. You’ll support and improve Salesforce, help resolve day-to-day issues, work with colleagues across the business and contribute to better services for customers and teams.
What you’ll do
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce, helping users with system, data, access and performance issues.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes and work with colleagues or suppliers to put fixes in place.
- Support system upgrades, testing, releases and continuous improvements to keep applications stable and effective.
- Carry out approved Salesforce configuration changes, such as flows, page layouts, validation rules and automation.
- Help improve data quality, reporting and system performance so teams can make better decisions and deliver better services.
- Work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to make sure Salesforce continues to meet operational needs.

What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting Salesforce in a business environment, ideally including Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate technical and data issues in a structured way.
- Experience of working with incident, change and release processes in a technology or support environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with technical teams, suppliers and non-technical colleagues.
