Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity Architect
Day Rate: £500/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Hybrid in Berkshire
Contract Length: 6 Months (extendable)
Salesforce Vlocity Architect - Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of large-scale Salesforce/Vlocity CRM transformation programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and FSL.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, run discovery workshops, and translate business needs into scalable functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Produce high-quality solution designs and provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the build, integration, testing and deployment lifecycle.
- Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and industry best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, proposal creation and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.

Salesforce Vlocity Architect - Required Experience
- 10+ years' software/CRM experience, including 5+ years' hands-on Salesforce/Vlocity Solution or Technical Architecture experience on enterprise programmes.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, with knowledge of FSL, Marketing Cloud or CRM Analytics (Wave) being advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development, integration patterns, AppExchange solutions, and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Salesforce/Vlocity certifications (e.g. Application Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with experience working in Agile environments and leading client-facing workshops.
