Role Description
The Salesforce Architect is a full-time role, based in the UK, responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves:
- Translating business requirements into robust technical architectures
- Defining integration patterns
- Ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Guiding development teams on Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
- Reviewing solution designs and code
- Optimising system performance and security
The Salesforce Architect partners closely with stakeholders to:
- Conduct workshops
- Document technical specifications
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment
The role also includes:
- Mentoring team members
- Staying current with Salesforce releases
- Proactively recommending improvements to existing solutions

Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com platform expertise, including solution design, configuration, and integration.
- Hands-on Salesforce.com Development skills, including Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
- Solid Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including user management, security, and configuration.
- Experience architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer are highly beneficial.
- Experience working in consultancy or multi-client environments, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers and administrators, and enforce coding and configuration standards.
