My client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will support the delivery of the client's global CPQ/CRM platform by translating business needs into clear Salesforce requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, Revenue Cloud or Agentforce Revenue Management implementations. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, and the delivery partner to ensure requirements are well understood, prioritized, validated, and delivered.
The role is focused on business analysis, process understanding, backlog support, testing, and business readiness. It will help ensure Salesforce changes are aligned to the Lead to Order process, support business adoption, and contribute to the transition from partner-led delivery in Release 1 to increase the client's ownership from Release 2 onwards.
Context
My client is implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and the CPQ module of Agentforce Revenue Management as its global CPQ/CRM platform across multiple countries. The platform will support the Lead to Order journey, including opportunity management, quote request intake, pricing, configuration, approvals, quote generation, and validated order handoff to ERP.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
