Rate: circa £800pd, experience dependant
Length: 6 months rolling
Hybrid office set up
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a complex technology change program with a global financial services client of ours.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product and senior stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear business and functional outcomes
- Support proof-of-value / proof-of-concept work to test ideas and de-risk delivery
- Contribute to data integration initiatives across Salesforce and connected platforms
- Help identify practical AI use cases to improve productivity and client engagement
- Support delivery across the full SDLC, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

Required Experience

- Strong business analysis experience in technology change delivery
- Must have worked on a Salesforce program in a Lead Business Analyst capacity
- Background in Salesforce with certification as a minimum
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with business process modelling, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical documentation
- Understanding of business operating models, data architecture, and end-to-end delivery
- Experience working with global stakeholders
