Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – Field Service Transformation

Length - 12-month contract, mid September start

Day Rate - £550 a day Outside IR35

Location - Hybrid - Travel to Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham is required

I'm looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Salesforce transformation within a large UK infrastructure organisation.

You'll be joining client-side as they replace their existing Works Management System with Salesforce Field Service, transforming how work is planned, scheduled and delivered across a large field-based operation.

What we're looking for:

  • Worked on end-to-end Salesforce implementations (in Field Service)
  • Strong Salesforce Field Service / FSL experience
  • Discovery, requirements and process transformation
  • Field service, workforce management or operational transformation experience
  • Complex systems integration exposure
  • Confidence challenging stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Utilities/infrastructure experience.
