Mason Frank is proud to be partnering with a growing London-based end-user organisation seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their expanding Salesforce team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong experience across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle to play a key role in shaping business processes, driving Salesforce optimisation, and delivering transformational initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance functions.
The business operates on a remote-first model, offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative culture. Occasional travel to the London office will be expected for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and key project activities.
The Role
As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analysing processes, and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will work closely with end users, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and leadership teams to enhance and evolve the Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Lead Management, Opportunity Management, CPQ, Quoting, Contracting, Order Management, and Revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across the Lead-to-Cash process.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external partners to deliver solutions.
- Support Salesforce enhancement projects from discovery through to deployment.
- Review and optimise existing Lead-to-Cash processes and system capabilities.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend best-practice Salesforce solutions.
- Assist with testing, UAT planning, and change management activities.
- Develop process maps and maintain business documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities.

Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Cash business processes.
- Experience working with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrable experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to challenge and influence business decisions constructively.
Desirable Skills
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Exposure to Revenue Cloud, Order Management, or Service Cloud.
- Experience within enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of integration projects involving ERP, finance, or marketing platforms.
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
