Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
We're supporting a leading UK financial services organisation as they continue a significant digital transformation programme. As part of this investment, they're looking to appoint a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to help shape and deliver strategic enhancements across their Salesforce platform.
This is a key role within a cross-functional product team, working closely with stakeholders across the business alongside Product Owners, Architects and Engineers. You'll lead discovery activities, define requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions deliver measurable business value.
The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities with business stakeholders.
- Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce capabilities.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable and testable requirements.
- Define and document user stories, epics, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to shape scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop current and future-state process maps and support wider transformation initiatives.
- Ensure business, customer and regulatory requirements are understood and represented throughout delivery.
- Support prioritisation decisions by balancing business value, risk and technical dependencies.
- Act as the key link between business and technology teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.

Essential Experience
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst within complex technology delivery environments.
- Strong Salesforce experience, ideally delivering CRM transformations and platform enhancements.
- Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practice.
- Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects and senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Track record of delivering business and technology change initiatives.

Desirable Experience
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Financial Services or Wealth Management experience.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale CRM transformation programmes.
