Mason Frank are currently partnered with a global sports organisation who use Salesforce as their chosen CRM. They are currently hiring for a Business Analyst to support their ongoing projects, this role will focus on working with partners & internal teams
- Salary up to £67,500
- 2 Days a week in London
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to deliver system enhancements and new functionality.
- Support UAT, testing, and implementation of Salesforce changes across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes, automation, data quality, and user adoption.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within a Salesforce environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud (Nice to have)
- Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects within Agile delivery teams internally & externally.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and user adoption.
