Location: London – 3 days per week onsite

Contract: 6 months initial, Inside IR35

Long-term scope: 18–24 months, with potential permanent opportunities

We are supporting a leading Financial Services organisation looking to hire multiple Salesforce Business Analysts across Senior and Principal level. You will work closely with business and technology teams to support Salesforce projects within a complex Financial Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear Salesforce solutions and user stories
  • Work closely with Salesforce engineering and technical teams
  • Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify process improvements and support Salesforce change initiatives
  • At Principal level, take ownership of complex requirements and senior stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platforms and processes
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working on large-scale or complex Salesforce programmes
  • Financial Services experience is highly desirable
  • Asset Management / Investment Management experience would be particularly beneficial
  • Able to work 3 days per week onsite in London
  • Comfortable working Inside IR35
