Location: London – 3 days per week onsite
Contract: 6 months initial, Inside IR35
Long-term scope: 18–24 months, with potential permanent opportunities
We are supporting a leading Financial Services organisation looking to hire multiple Salesforce Business Analysts across Senior and Principal level. You will work closely with business and technology teams to support Salesforce projects within a complex Financial Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear Salesforce solutions and user stories
- Work closely with Salesforce engineering and technical teams
- Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify process improvements and support Salesforce change initiatives
- At Principal level, take ownership of complex requirements and senior stakeholder relationships

Requirements
- Strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Good understanding of Salesforce platforms and processes
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on large-scale or complex Salesforce programmes
- Financial Services experience is highly desirable
- Asset Management / Investment Management experience would be particularly beneficial
- Able to work 3 days per week onsite in London
- Comfortable working Inside IR35
