Scrum / Delivery Lead — Commerce & Storefront - USA
Team: Global DTC Engineering, Storefront squad
Reports to: Director, DevOps (Global DTC Engineering)
Location: London (hybrid) OR Needham, MA
Role summary
Delivery lead for the Commerce and Storefront estate: 14 live DTC storefronts on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA), with 5 additional markets launching.
You will run three scrum teams (one FTE-led, two offshore staff-augmentation) on a two-week sprint cadence, owning throughput, quality gates, and predictable delivery across a multi-storefront footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Run the ceremonies across all three squads: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, keeping cadence consistent despite mixed FTE and offshore composition.
- Own sprint commitment and delivery predictability: velocity tracking, burndown, capacity planning, and clear escalation when scope or capacity slips.
- Coordinate the QA lifecycle across squads: QA, SIT, UAT, and regression, ensuring quality gates are met before release into each storefront.
- Manage the release train across 14 live storefronts plus 5 launching markets, sequencing dependencies and change windows under SOX / ITGC controls.
- Act as the delivery interface to product, stakeholders, and vendor partners; keep Jira hygiene high and status transparent.
- Manage offshore vendor delivery quality, onboarding, and utilization against SLA.
- Support production incident triage and post-release defect management, feeding escaped-defect patterns back into planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in flow, estimation accuracy, and automation adoption across the squads.

Required experience
- 5+ years delivery / scrum lead experience running multiple concurrent agile teams, including distributed / offshore teams.
- Proven delivery in e-commerce or DTC, ideally on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA/SFCC) or a comparable enterprise commerce platform.
- Strong command of Jira and agile metrics; demonstrable track record improving predictability and throughput.
- Experience coordinating QA, SIT, and UAT cycles as part of a release process.
- Experience managing vendor / staff-aug delivery relationships.
- Comfortable operating in a controlled environment (SOX / ITGC or equivalent audit regime).
Nice to have
- Multi-market / multi-storefront launch experience.
- Exposure to agentic or AI-assisted delivery tooling.
- Scrum certification (CSM / PSM) or SAFe.
Scrum / Delivery Lead — Core Platforms
Team: Global DTC Engineering, Core squad
Reports to: Director, DevOps (Global DTC Engineering)
Location: London (hybrid) / Needham (hybrid)
Role summary
Delivery lead for the Core platform estate: OMS, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
Same global footprint as the Storefront estate, with significant cross-platform dependencies (order flow, fulfilment sync, customer service, and agentic capabilities span both). You will run scrum delivery across the Core teams on a two-week cadence, with a strong emphasis on managing dependencies into and out of Commerce/Storefront.
Key responsibilities
- Run scrum ceremonies for the Core squads: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, refinement, on a two-week sprint cadence.
- Own delivery predictability across three platforms (OMS, Service Cloud, Agentforce): velocity, capacity, burndown, and escalation.
- Manage cross-platform dependencies as a first-class responsibility, coordinating shared release windows and sequencing with the Commerce/Storefront delivery lead so integrated changes land safely.
- Coordinate the QA lifecycle (QA, SIT, UAT, regression) across integration points, where a single test scenario often spans OMS, storefront, and Service Cloud.
- Manage the release train across the three platforms under SOX / ITGC controls, with attention to integration and fulfilment defects.
- Interface with product, stakeholders, and vendor partners; maintain Jira hygiene and transparent status.
- Support incident triage for integration and fulfilment defects, feeding patterns back into planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in flow, dependency management, and automation adoption.

Required experience
- 5+ years delivery / scrum lead experience running concurrent agile teams, including distributed teams.
- Experience delivering on order management (OMS), CRM / Service Cloud, and ideally Agentforce or comparable Salesforce platforms.
- Strong track record managing cross-team and cross-platform dependencies and integration delivery.
- Strong Jira and agile-metrics command; proven predictability and throughput improvement.
- Experience coordinating QA, SIT, and UAT across integrated systems.
- Comfortable in a controlled environment (SOX / ITGC or equivalent).
Nice to have
- Integration / middleware or fulfilment-sync experience (e.g. OMS-to-carrier, AfterShip-style flows).
- Exposure to agentic / AI platforms and Agentforce.
- Scrum certification (CSM / PSM) or SAFe.
