Role: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant

Day Rate: Up to £370 / day

Duration: 6 Months (Initial Contract)

Location: Knutsford, Radbroke (Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site/week + ~1 day/month in London)

Client: Major Global Consultancy (delivering for a Tier-1 Financial Institution)

The Opportunity

Norton Blake is partnering with a global consultancy to deploy a senior, delivery-focused Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant onto a high-profile enterprise transformation programme with a major financial institution.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex banking domain requirements and Salesforce technical architectures. Working closely with client stakeholders, architecture, and engineering teams, you will take end-to-end ownership of critical delivery workstreams, driving business outcomes from initial discovery through to technology rollout.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Workstream Ownership: Lead major workstreams within a complex transformation, taking full accountability for requirements, features, and actionable user stories.
  • Domain & Tech Alignment: Translate complex financial services journeys and regulatory/control needs into robust technical requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently engage senior client stakeholders, drive decision-making, resolve ambiguity, and eliminate engineering blockers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
  • Governance & Guidance: Proactively identify cross-programme risks and dependencies while offering direction and leadership to other BAs on the project.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ Years Salesforce Background: Extensive hands-on experience across complex enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Financial Services Domain: Deep experience operating within retail or corporate banking environments, with a strong grasp of regulatory and control requirements.
  • Key Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and exposure to Agentforce capabilities.
  • Consultative Leadership: Proven ability to operate independently as a lead consultant who drives delivery, not just a passive requirement gatherer.
