Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Consultant for an initial 6-month contract, Outside IR35 and Fully Remote. This role focuses on Salesforce Administration, declarative configuration, and business analysis, rather than custom development.
Working across both an established Salesforce environment and a new Salesforce implementation being developed internally, the successful candidate will act as the key link between business users, data teams and external Salesforce partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, following Salesforce best practices.
- Salesforce user, licence and access management.
- Data Management quality and governance activities.
- Liaising with external vendors and internal teams.
- Supporting ongoing Salesforce Improvements and Business Initiatives.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration changes and employments between sandbox and production.

Required Experience
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and platform administration.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative automation, including designing, building and troubleshooting flows.
- Experience managing Salesforce changes through development, testing and deployment.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, assess the impact of changes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Salesforce App Builder Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Certification - desirable
