Salesforce Consultant / Principal Engineer
We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant / Principal Engineer to work closely with the Salesforce team, helping assess the existing platform, shape the technical roadmap and identify opportunities to improve architecture, development practices and integrations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with the Salesforce team to understand challenges across the existing Salesforce Org and SDLC.
- Help shape the technical roadmap and future Salesforce architecture.
- Review existing Salesforce integration patterns and recommend improvements.
- Assess and improve SDLC, CI/CD and development practices.
- Identify opportunities to use Agentic AI and Salesforce Agentforce to drive transformational change.
- Tackle larger architectural challenges and develop pragmatic, iterative solutions.

What we’re looking for:
- Several years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience refactoring or redesigning legacy Salesforce environments.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, with the ability to apply these within Salesforce.
- Experience with event-driven architecture would be beneficial.
- Experience working with Salesforce environments that are heavily integrated with other systems in real time.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and Salesforce packaging.
- Salesforce certification would be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
