Description
As an experienced Salesforce Consultant, you'll join our highly skilled UK-based consulting and delivery team, playing a key role in designing and delivering transformative Salesforce solutions.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, lead discovery and solution design, and guide successful implementations from initial engagement through to go-live and beyond. Combining strong consulting expertise with deep Salesforce knowledge, you'll deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business value and long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, collaborating closely to understand their business processes, challenges and objectives, and provide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder sessions to analyse business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and define effective Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
- Configure and deliver enhancements, new functionality and system improvements to meet evolving client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring timely resolution while optimising system performance, stability and user experience.
- Document business requirements, solution designs and functional specifications, ensuring clarity, traceability and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Manage and prioritise client requests, balancing business value, technical feasibility and delivery timelines.
- Develop user guides, training materials and knowledge documentation to support successful solution adoption.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for end users and system administrators, enabling clients to maximise the value of their Salesforce investment.
- Champion Salesforce best practices, driving user adoption and advising clients on how to continuously improve their use of the platform.
- Collaborate effectively with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers and wider delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Functional Consultant or in a similar client-facing Salesforce role.
- Proven experience configuring Salesforce, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, page layouts, security models and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices and solution design principles.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working within Agile teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
