Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid combination of functional business knowledge and technical understanding, along with hands-on experience in Organization Change Management (OCM), user training, stakeholder management, and Salesforce transformation projects.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into Salesforce solutions and supporting successful user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide techno-functional consulting across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support Salesforce implementation, transformation, and adoption initiatives.
- Drive and support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop and deliver end-user training for business users and stakeholders.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, process documentation, and other supporting documents.
- Support change readiness, communication, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, architects, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 9–10+ years of overall IT/business consulting experience.
- Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Organization Change Management / Change Management.
- Experience delivering end-user training and user adoption programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce transformation or implementation programs.
- Experience with enterprise clients and structured change-management programs.
- Previous experience within consulting or IT services organizations.
- Experience supporting UAT and post-production adoption.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
