Salesforce Consultant - Loyalty Management

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant - Loyalty Management to join our growing Salesforce practice and play a key role in delivering innovative loyalty solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify software needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored software solutions.
  • Provide expertise on software functionality, features, and potential limitations.
  • Design and present software solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the software customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective software adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of software applications.
  • Stay current with the latest software trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

  • Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
  • Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (Salesforce Loyalty Management), including implementation, configuration, and support of loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
