The Role
As a Salesforce Consulting Partner, you will lead strategic customer engagements, drive Salesforce transformation initiatives, and provide executive-level advisory services. You will combine deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge with business consulting expertise to help clients achieve their digital transformation objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management, business development, solution advisory, and program governance experience while working closely with customer leadership teams and internal delivery organizations.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and key business stakeholders.
- Lead Salesforce transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
- Conduct discovery workshops and business assessments to identify opportunities for value realization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce account teams, solution architects, and delivery leaders.
- Drive governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication across engagements.
- Support pre-sales, solution shaping, proposal development, and strategic pursuits.
- Provide industry insights and best-practice recommendations leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensure successful adoption and realization of business outcomes from Salesforce investments.
- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to Salesforce practice growth and capability development.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Extensive experience leading Salesforce consulting and transformation engagements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Solutions.
- Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Strong business consulting, enterprise transformation, and change management expertise.
- Experience defining operating models, business processes, and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Ability to identify business value drivers and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Salesforce certifications across Consultant, Architect, or Industry Cloud domains.
- Experience in Sales Transformation, Customer Experience Transformation, or Service Modernization initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Industry expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, or Public Sector.
- Experience supporting large strategic bids and business development activities.
