Salesforce CRM Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £70,000
A global rapidly growing digital lifestyle organisation is looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to join their small but mighty in-house Salesforce team. With experience of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and ideally Marketing Cloud the successful candidate will come with a love for everything Salesforce, energy and ideas.
About the Role
The ideal person will have 3-5 years Salesforce experience, strong Salesforce Administration skills and experience working with Service Cloud. A Salesforce certification for either Administrator or Service Cloud is highly desired.
As Salesforce CRM Manager you will not be required to manage a team but be responsible for the management of the CRM itself.

Key Responsibilities
- To provide solutions and improvements for current processes with the Salesforce CRM
- To provide rapid resolution to support tickets in a fast-moving environment.
- Occasionally present and advise on new functionality and improvements made to the Salesforce system to senior stakeholders and CRM users.
- Be involved in projects and driving those projects forward
- Drive improvements across CRM performance
- Create, enhance, and maintain automations using flows and process builder
- Complete general Salesforce Administrator duties
- Troubleshoot operational issues, plan process changes, and fix root causes for technical business problems
- User account administration, new accounts, password changes, lockouts and territory creation
- Setup and run reports and dashboards

Working Conditions
Our client operates on a hybrid working policy, offering 3 days in the office and 2 days remote and the offices are based in central London and have a really relaxed, flexible social office culture.
