About the Company
Tavant Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, with mandatory experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and the broader Salesforce Platform.
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and customer leadership to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that drive digital transformation and business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business functions.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
- Partner with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Provide architectural governance, technical leadership, and best-practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and implement integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
- Drive Salesforce performance optimisation and application reliability initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and guide developers and technical leads on Salesforce development standards and architectural patterns.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership teams and customers.
