Role: Salesforce Data360 Specialist (Data Cloud)
Duration: 6 Month initial
Location: Mostly Remote Working - Expectation of x2 per month London

A highly regarded, well-known UK business is undergoing a large transformation in Salesforce and currently having Data360 implemented through an external partner. They have multi-cloud offerings including SFMC, Service Cloud and plan to implement AI innovations in the roadmap.
We're seeking a Data Cloud specialist with hands-on experience to own the operational management of the customer data platform.
You will work in a collaborative internal CoE to ensure supporter data is unified, governed and activated to power fundraising, marketing and future AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration, optimisation and governance of Salesforce Data 360.
- Manage customer data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
- Create and maintain unified customer profiles from multiple data sources including:
- Monitor and optimise data pipelines between Snowflake and Data 360.
- Ensure reliable integrations between legacy systems, Salesforce and downstream platforms.
- Support automated fundraising processes, campaign attribution and reporting.
- Monitor Data 360 credit usage and cloud costs.
- Support testing, configuration, release management and deployment using Data Kits.
- Work closely with CRM Administrators, Data Engineers, Analysts and Salesforce delivery partners.

Skills Required
- Salesforce Data 360 Certification (essential)
- Experience modelling and transforming customer data from multiple external systems.
- Experience managing consent data and GDPR compliance.
- Experience integrating and managing data pipelines (particularly Snowflake → Data 360).
- Understanding of Customer 360 and unified customer profiles.
Strong hands-on experience with:

- Segmentation
- Activations
