Role Description
Salesforce Delivery Lead
Location: London (Hybrid- 3 days working from onsite-Mandatory)
Client Business Area: Asset Management Platform
Immediate start
Permanent/ Contract inside IR35/ Fixed term contract
Applicants legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship preferred
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of client technology initiatives across CRM, sales enablement, and digital engagement platforms within a Financial Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Drive enhancements across Salesforce, Seismic, data integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business value.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, vendors, and delivery governance.
- Champion Agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, and high-performing teams.
- Track delivery metrics, ensure transparency, and support successful change adoption.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technology delivery within large Financial Services organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and release management processes.
- Experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement/content management platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing global teams, third-party vendors, and multi-workstream programmes.

Desirable
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Associate, or similar).
- Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Client Engagement functions.
- Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and AI-driven solutions
