About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce RCA / CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced, along with a solid understanding of revenue lifecycle management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, contribute to critical revenue processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, product catalog management, pricing, discounting, and quoting processes.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience supporting end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cloud Advanced / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage complex product catalogs, bundles, pricing models, discounting rules, approval workflows, and quoting processes.
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Support the integration of CPQ solutions with billing systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Design and maintain integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize existing CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions for performance and usability.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, including security, testing, deployment, and documentation standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
