About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce developer to join our dynamic team at GIS Jobs Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and customizing robust applications on the Salesforce platform. As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will help optimize our clients' CRM capabilities, streamline processes, and enhance overall system efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce developer to contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven, hands-on experience in Salesforce software development is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in core programming languages such as Apex, SOQL, and web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with building dynamic front-end interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, is required. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II will be considered a significant advantage. Additionally, experience with integration middleware like MuleSoft, and familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems, will enhance your suitability for this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements are also critical.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development: Build custom applications, user interfaces, and business logic leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to meet client specifications.
- Low-Code Automation: Utilize declarative tools such as Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to automate business processes efficiently before developing custom code solutions.
- System Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems like ERP, marketing tools, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure adequate code coverage, and assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to validate solutions.
- Deployment & Release Management: Oversee code migrations and manage deployments across different environments including sandboxes, UAT, and production, utilizing version control and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth releases.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support by debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues to maintain system stability, high availability, and optimal performance.
