Build, Develop and Deliver on Salesforce
167 Solutions is recruiting a Salesforce Developer on behalf of an established organisation in Birmingham looking to strengthen its Salesforce capability with an experienced hands-on developer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys building scalable solutions, enhancing user experiences, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical Salesforce projects.
Working onsite as part of a collaborative technology team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, supporting business transformation initiatives, and driving platform improvements.
The Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Develop, customise and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud.
- Design and build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practice and governance standards.
- Collaborate with administrators, business analysts and wider technology teams.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong Apex development experience.
- Experience configuring and developing within Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is advantageous.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, data models and automation tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
