Salesforce Developer
Location: London/1x day per week (flexible)
Salary: £64-£72k
Type: Permanent
The Role
We’re looking for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative technology team, helping to develop and improve Salesforce solutions that support business operations and enhance user experiences.
You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders, contributing to new features, integrations and platform improvements. The role offers the opportunity to work across both Salesforce development and configuration within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative configuration.
- Build integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines, automated testing and release processes.
- Provide occasional third-line support for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to shape and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous platform improvement.

Experience & Skills
- Commercial experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce configuration.
- Understanding of Salesforce development best practices and engineering principles.
- Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification would be advantageous.
- Salesforce Agentforce experience or certification would be beneficial.
