About The Role
Synapri is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join its dynamic Salesforce practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for complex enterprise clients. The successful candidate will work across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, combining hands-on development with technical leadership. You will be instrumental in integrating emerging AI technologies such as Agentforce and Agentic AI, automating processes, and optimizing platform performance. This position requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, and contributing to the company’s standards and best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Salesforce development with proven hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning interface. A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, security, and data management. Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods is required. Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools is also necessary. Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce technologies like Agentforce or similar platforms will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms.
- Design, develop, and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Build and support AI-driven solutions such as Agentforce and Agentic AI to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
- Create reusable Apex components, automation workflows, approval processes, and implement robust security controls.
- Optimize Salesforce applications through effective use of SOQL, SOSL, asynchronous Apex, and performance tuning techniques.
- Support Salesforce DX, CI/CD workflows, and deployment processes to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to establishing technical standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices within the team.
