About The Role

The role at MPLC is centered around the development and enhancement of core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within Salesforce. This position involves designing, building, and maintaining automation, integrations, and scalable solutions that support the company's licensing business worldwide. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support a seamless quote-to-cash process, utilizing low-code tools and APIs to expose key business capabilities. This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global organization at the forefront of technological innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Salesforce CRM development
  • Experience in building and maintaining automation and integrations
  • Proficiency in low-code tools and API management
  • Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process and business workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.
  • Implement automation workflows and process improvements to optimize the quote-to-cash journey.
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Utilize low-code tools to expose and enhance business capabilities within the CRM environment.
  • Ensure all solutions are thoroughly documented, tested, and deployed with appropriate controls and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
