About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing talented professionals across various technology sectors. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably within the technology sector. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets, excellent organizational skills, and a resilient, proactive mindset are highly desirable. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Oscar Associates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of clients’ hiring needs and company culture to identify the best talent fit.
  • Creating and posting compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and maintaining regular communication to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and providing regular reports to management.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
