About The Role

Quant Capital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our high-profile client in a contract capacity. This role is pivotal in creating a new efactoring platform and CRM system from the ground up, enabling the client to revolutionize their service offerings within the factoring and invoicing market. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate closely with a team of skilled developers, business analysts, and testers to deliver technically challenging customer-facing projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing scalable architecture, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in web development, particularly with Java or.NET frameworks. A strong background in Salesforce development is essential, including creating custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce pages, along with proficiency in Apex programming. Experience with multi-lingual and multi-currency Salesforce rollouts is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with integration techniques and technologies, object-oriented methodologies, and relational databases. Technical proficiency in Javascript, AJAX, SQL, HTML, and CSS is required. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new web technologies are vital attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to enhance platform functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and other technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for Salesforce development and data security.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions and enhancements.
