About The Role
Synapri is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic Salesforce practice. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to complex enterprise client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience across various clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities, automation, integrations, and emerging AI technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead technical initiatives, influence best practices, and contribute to large-scale Salesforce implementations within a global consultancy environment.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning technologies.
- Proven experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, security, and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.
- Experience supporting Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Agentforce or other AI-enabled Salesforce technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II, AI Specialist, or cloud-specific credentials, are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks.
- Delivering comprehensive solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms.
- Creating and supporting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Building and maintaining Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions to enhance automation and user experience.
- Developing reusable Apex components, automations, workflows, approval processes, and implementing security controls.
- Optimizing performance through effective use of SOQL, SOSL, asynchronous Apex, and other best practices.
- Supporting Salesforce DX, continuous integration, and deployment workflows to ensure seamless delivery.
- Troubleshooting complex Salesforce applications and integrations to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contributing to the development of technical standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting Salesforce best practices within the team.
