About The Role
Hyde is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of Hyde’s Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and scrum teams, to deliver features that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. This position is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging Salesforce technology to support organizational objectives. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining two days in the office at London Bridge and three days remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong technical skills in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL queries, Flows, and process automation are essential. A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and profiles, is required. Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment processes, and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery will be highly advantageous. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are preferred, demonstrating your expertise in Salesforce development. Additional experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
- Develop, integrate, test, and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Contact Centre platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical designs, requirements, limitations, and implementation plans.
- Perform unit, integration, and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing phases.
- Support daily Salesforce operations, including managing user access, security settings, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex code, and integrations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce platform performance and user experience.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practice development within the team.
