We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer to design, develop and enhance our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure and aligned to business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern, enterprise-scale technology environment, supporting ongoing improvement and innovation across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and develop solutions across Salesforce, including Service Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems
  • Maintain development pipelines and release processes
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance and best practice standards
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts and stakeholders
  • Support optimisation and enhancement of existing solutions
  • Contribute to testing, deployment and documentation

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience developing on the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud or related Salesforce products
  • Experience with integrations, APIs and development best practices
  • Strong understanding of development lifecycle and release management
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer)
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
