About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at 83zero Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions tailored to meet complex business requirements within highly regulated environments. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and other development teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, with a particular emphasis on AI-enabled Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive set of skills and certifications, including:
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and the Salesforce platform.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, security models, workflows, automation, and data management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as enterprise integration patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Apex development, including classes, triggers, controllers, and web services.
- Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce and Agentic AI, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Jenkins or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and enterprise application development.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer II, and specialized cloud certifications are preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across various clouds, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Developing scalable and maintainable applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implementing customizations, workflows, approval processes, security controls, and automation to optimize business processes.
- Designing and developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Creating reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and framework components to enhance development efficiency and consistency.
- Building and supporting AI-driven solutions such as Agentforce and Agentic AI within the Salesforce platform.
- Optimizing SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic queries for performance and scalability.
- Writing comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and maintainability, supporting Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex platform, application, and integration issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivering high-quality implementations.
- Leading data migration efforts, third-party integrations, and custom development projects while maintaining adherence to compliance standards.
- Participating in code reviews, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team capabilities and project outcomes.
