About The Role

The Senior Salesforce Developer role at Involved Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Salesforce technology. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects that integrate seamlessly within highly regulated environments, ensuring the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This hands-on development role requires a deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, automation, and emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. The role also involves collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and other development teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, supporting the company's mission to provide innovative digital transformation services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions with extensive hands-on experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning frameworks. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce clouds, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, with proven experience designing and implementing solutions within these platforms. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and specialized cloud certifications are highly desirable. Experience with API integrations, asynchronous Apex, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise security models is essential. The candidate must also be eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with existing active clearance being advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across various clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Create scalable applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning frameworks.
  • Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions, integrating intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement customizations, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and security controls to optimize platform performance and compliance.
  • Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events to connect Salesforce with external systems.
  • Develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and framework components to promote code efficiency and maintainability.
  • Utilize SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic queries to retrieve and manipulate data effectively.
  • Implement asynchronous processing techniques such as Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods to handle large data volumes and complex processing.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage and maintain code quality standards.
  • Support Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes to streamline application deployment and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform performance.
  • Lead technical delivery efforts including data migrations, integrations, custom development, and third-party application integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in development standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and solution quality.
