About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce developer to join our dynamic team at GIS Jobs Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and customizing robust applications on the Salesforce platform. Your technical expertise will help translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions that enhance our clients' operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with business analysts, solution architects, and clients, ensuring the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of six to eight years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Proficiency in core programming languages such as Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control tools, and integration middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients to understand and translate technical requirements.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development: Build custom applications, user interfaces, and business logic using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to meet specified business needs.
- Low-Code Automation: Utilize declarative tools like Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to automate processes efficiently before resorting to custom coding.
- System Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions like MuleSoft.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure proper code coverage, and assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Deployment & Release Management: Oversee code migrations and deployments across various environments, including sandboxes, UAT, and production, utilizing version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintenance & Support: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain high system availability and optimal performance.
