Salesforce Developer (CPQ)
Location: UK Remote
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent
Mason Frank International are proud to be partnered with a leading global publishing business in the search for a talented Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Salesforce team responsible for delivering innovative solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and wider Salesforce technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders, administrators, architects, and product teams to develop scalable solutions that drive business efficiency and support continued digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Build and enhance Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and Salesforce integrations.
- Configure and optimise Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing rules, quote templates and approval processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, releases, deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Participate in code reviews and champion Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend continuous improvements across the Salesforce estate.

Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security models.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Billing or subscription-based business models.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud or Service Cloud.
