About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, reliable systems. Your expertise will be crucial in developing scalable applications, integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, and ensuring optimal performance and security of the platform. Qualifications
- Strong background in Salesforce development, with proven experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration techniques.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively within a team, and strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Build custom applications, components, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve system capabilities.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and documentation to support the successful delivery of initiatives.
