Senior Salesforce Developer (RCA/CPQ) | Leeds - Hybrid | £70,000 - £85,000 - DOE
TechOhana have partnered with a high-growth B2B software business to bring on a Salesforce Developer.
Revenue Cloud went live six months ago and a Revenue Cloud Architect joined the team last month. Delivery has outpaced the current headcount, so this hire joins a Salesforce development function that is still taking shape, with real influence over how it is run.
The role:
You will deliver cross-functional change across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, writing Apex and Lightning Web Components to a standard the team can maintain. You will take ownership of release cycles, integrate external business applications through the Salesforce API, and work closely with the Revenue Cloud Architect and the Sales Cloud architects on specification and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
