About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related sales environment. A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a results-driven mindset, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. A professional attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are also important qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient placements.
- Negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
- Continuous market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify new talent pools and opportunities.
