About the Role

Steadman Brown are currently working with a Salesforce organisation who are looking to expand their Salesforce team! This business is ranked as the leader in the UK within their respective field and are major users of Salesforce spanning across Sales and Service Cloud, with Agentforce and Data360 on their roadmap for 2026.

They are looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced in both programmatic and declarative development, building apex solutions and working on various integrations into Salesforce as well as building a range of Flow solutions. You will be focused on building out brand-new features like Agentforce as well as working on core Salesforce with Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
  • Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
  • Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
  • Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
  • Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
  • Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
