About The Role
The Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Platform Developer role at Intec Select Ltd offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to a rapidly growing SaaS organization. This fully remote position involves approximately 80% hands-on Salesforce development, focusing on creating, testing, and maintaining a robust Salesforce platform that supports critical business functions. The role also encompasses around 20% of responsibilities dedicated to automation testing, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the platform through automated solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate within an Agile team environment, supporting integrations, deployments, and releases to facilitate continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented Salesforce developer with strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio experience, and a passion for automation testing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Salesforce development with proven experience in complex enterprise environments. Key qualifications include hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL, along with familiarity with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts. A good understanding of Salesforce data models, security protocols, and automation principles is essential. Experience supporting multiple Salesforce environments and managing deployments within CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Candidates should have a track record of developing scalable solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and working effectively within Agile teams. Additional qualifications such as relevant Salesforce certifications—Platform Developer, OmniStudio Developer, Administrator, or Platform App Builder—are advantageous. Experience within regulated sectors like healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Spend approximately 80% of your time developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce functionality across a business-critical platform.
- Build solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, and OmniStudio to meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs and platform requirements into practical technical solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications and services.
- Contribute to technical design, release planning, and deployment activities to ensure seamless updates and system stability.
- Allocate around 20% of your time supporting automation testing efforts, enhancing test coverage, and reducing manual testing efforts.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests alongside functional and regression testing to ensure platform reliability.
- Investigate and resolve defects and technical issues across Salesforce development, integrations, and environments.
- Support Salesforce environments, manage deployments, and participate in CI/CD processes to streamline release cycles.
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
