About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer and CRM Trusted Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for our business units, providing expert guidance on Salesforce solutions to meet complex project requirements. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations. Your expertise will support the enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to secure buy-in, support business unit staff during launches, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role demands a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of development experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).
- Development experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Conga CLM (preferred).
- Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies.
- Proven success leading large Salesforce integration projects.
- Strong understanding of scalable Salesforce solutions and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile project environments, managing workloads with JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Technical project management experience is preferred.
- Understanding of UI design principles and large-scale data analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a CRM trusted advisor for business unit projects by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Demonstrate Salesforce products and model use cases to stakeholders, ensuring clarity of solutions and benefits.
- Develop and configure business processes aligned with organizational needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure alignment on project goals and solutions.
- Provide direct support to business unit staff during Salesforce launches, ensuring smooth adoption and transition.
- Estimate work efforts for projects and ticket phases, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Take ownership of solution design, development, and implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
- Provide technical expertise for complex projects and integrations, troubleshooting issues proactively.
- Review code and solution summaries to ensure adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose development standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
- Assess, design, and develop future integration requirements to support business growth and innovation.
- Document technical processes, business workflows, best practices, and reference architectures for knowledge sharing.
- Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles, contributing to the development of new solutions and methodologies.
- Solve complex technical problems with innovative and effective solutions, demonstrating a consultative approach.
- Work under consultative direction to achieve long-term strategic goals, determining optimal courses of action.
