About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at 83zero Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions that align with complex business requirements in highly regulated environments. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging the latest Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds, drive best practices, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that impact large-scale organizations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with proven experience in delivering enterprise-level solutions. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and specialized cloud certifications are highly desirable. Candidates should have extensive experience working within highly regulated environments, demonstrating a solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead technical teams are essential. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Create scalable applications utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform technologies.
- Implement customizations, workflows, approval processes, security controls, and automation features to meet business requirements.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers, and framework components to promote code efficiency and maintainability.
- Support and develop Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within Salesforce, leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance user experience.
- Implement SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic query solutions to optimize data retrieval and performance.
- Write comprehensive unit tests, maintain high code coverage, and adhere to Salesforce best practices for code quality.
- Participate in Salesforce DX, CI/CD workflows, and deployment activities to ensure smooth release cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead data migration, integration projects, and third-party application deployments, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Contribute to development standards, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
