About The Role

Hyde is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career within a supportive environment that prioritizes employee wellbeing and long-term development. The Salesforce Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features across Hyde's Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms. Working closely with business representatives, IT colleagues, and scrum teams, the successful candidate will translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong technical capabilities in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and process automation are essential. A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and profiles, is required. Candidates with Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications will be preferred. Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment processes, and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery is highly desirable. While not mandatory, familiarity with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop, integrate, test, and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Contact Centre platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical design, requirements, limitations, and implementation plans.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing phases.
  • Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including managing user access, security configurations, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex code, and integrations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
