Synapri Salesforce Technical Leader Opportunity
Synapri are currently supporting an established business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, part way through a major transformation and are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader to take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development & architecture team.

- Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (doesn't have to be current)
- Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure including managing challenging stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead technical teams both internally and via outsourced delivery partners
- CPQ or RCA experience a huge bonus but not essential
- Experience implementing and driving DevOps principles

Details:
- LOCATION: 1x a week near Reading
- SALARY: Up to £100k + very generous bonus and shares
