Digital Transformation Manager

Steadman Brown are partnered with a leading luxury brand that are entering a period of significant digital transformation. It is a fast paced environment that have centralised technology to support future growth, and Salesforce plays an important role in this.

They are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager, that can go underneath how a business operates and change ways of working for the better. They want a hungry, impactful, tech savvy individual that can lead Salesforce and core technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital and technology transformation projects.
  • Provide transformations to hundreds of users and large teams within the business.
  • Break down complex or ambiguous business problems and creating clear transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage stakeholders across technical teams, senior leadership and wider areas of the business.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with technical teams to ensure transformation delivers genuine business value.
  • Proven background shaping the organisation’s wider technology and transformation strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management background and change management capability.
